I've been in the fitness world for about a decade. I began my journey with running and CrossFit and shifted into the sport of weightlifting and sports performance. I'm passionate about exercise for individuals older than 60 and women's health. I emphasize weight training for all ages and train people to move well and become comfortable in the gym.
I enjoy working with people in all life stages and various fitness levels. I have broad expertise and certifications in personal training (NASM), USA Weightlifting, sports performance, youth exercise, and osteoporosis fitness.

This plan utilizes machines, barbells, and dumbbells. Focus is muscle Hypertrophy. 4-5 days per week.
