I've been in the fitness world for about a decade. I began my journey with running and CrossFit and shifted into the sport of weightlifting and the area of sport performance. I'm also passionate about women's health and exercise for individuals 60 and up. I emphasize resistance training for all ages and help others move well, build balance, improve physical and mental health and become comfortable in the gym.

I enjoy working with people in all life stages and various fitness levels. I have a broad range of expertise and certifications in personal training (NASM), USA Weightlifting, sport performance, youth exercise, and osteoporosis fitness.

This plan is a 4-week plan designed with progressive overload for beginner to intermediate lifters. You will need a Google account to access it. It includes demo videos for all movements.
What kind of movements are included in this plan? Single-arm rows and press, planks, stiff leg deadlifts, and much more.
Location: Home or the Gym!
Equipment Needed: Dumbbells, bands (optional), bench or chair and a small area for workouts.
This plan utilizes machines, barbells, and dumbbells. Focus is muscle Hypertrophy. 4-5 days per week.
Designed for people 60+, this program focuses on stability, balance, agility and strength. 2-3 days per week
Body weight only workouts designed for at home. 2-3 days per week.
